Your Help Desk is unique in that we only charge you for "hands on" time. For example, removing malware may actually take 6+ hours of "clock time". However, most of that time does not require us to have our "hands on" the system. So we would only charge you for 1 hour, miminally, or more based on actual hands on time.
Your Help Desk also offers the only on-site service without trip charges. Our time starts and ends at your door.
Your Help Desk has served the Dallas / Ft. Worth area for more than 15 years. Our clients include small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies, federal and state agencies and non-profit organizations. We also serve residential customers.
