New System Installation & Setup

We understand that new computer systems can sometimes be intimidating. Your Help Desk can assist you with the installation and make sure you understand basic system care and handling.

Here's a list of our typical new system install:

• Configure system with your user accounts and passwords
• Confirm the latest Operating System updates are installed
• Configure anti-virus and other security settings
• Create restoration disks as applicable
• Transfer data, photos and music from your old computer
• Advise you on the best location and environment for your computer
