Are you having problems with your computer? It's too slow, blue screens or other issues? Your Help Desk can determine if your system is fixable or not. We can advise you on how to maximize the speed, whether you might need more memory or a larger hard drive. In most cases, we can repair current operating systems and software programs.

If your computer is more than 3 years old, it may not be worth repairing. It just depends on what needs to be done and how you are using the computer. We'll do a quick assessment, at no charge in most cases.

If you do need to replace your computer, we'll help you find the best system that meets your budget, computing needs and space restrictions. Your Help Desk has access to both new and refurbished computers. We often post computer deals on our website but they change quickly.

When you bring your system to our Service Center, you only need to bring the actual computer. Not the monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc. If it's a notebook computer, we'll need the power cord but otherwise we don't need it.
